This is me with my new hairdo having an oxygen fix. Haven't quite lost all my hair yet. After watching it slide down the plug hole and blocking it, it was time to change my image. Hope the girls at JJ Burgess don't change their opinion (read the comments on the last update) as my smouldering good looks have taken a bit of a slide recently! Really wanted to post a picture for my brother Rod so he can see how I look.

Suffering with a bit of sickness today but on a happier note five days without a bowel movement was rectified to the extreme which allowed me to finish "my bookie wookie" by Russell Brand.

Just a quick update today more as it happens!

Hi Vic and Sue
Happy valentines day to you both.
Well Vic you can sell coffins, and now it seems as though you can also sell good old oxygen! I guess you will have people queing(not sure about that spelling), at your door. How come in the picture you now look about 15 years old, ok you may feel like 115 though. Anyway, glad you are at home sweet home and hopefully the ribs are on the mend.
Take care

Hi Vic - WE have met before dosey doughing (not sure if I have spelt that correct - but I'm sure you'll know what I mean)at a Barn Dance in Chelmsford a few years ago now, I was on the Bennetts table, trying to look as if we all knew what we were doing !! Jane has been keeping me informed as to your progress and told me all about the wedding. Glad you made it home for the weekend, will continue reading your blog, take care

Great photo Vic!!

So pleased to hear about the bowel movement!!

Thanks for the call yesterday, it was great to hear you sounding so well and so positive.

Russell Brand's bookie wookie, eh? Any good? If you want something to concentrate the mind, try Soduku. Nearly drove me up the wall. Missus is good at it, though.

All the best, and keep on posting!!

Hey Vic
Its the Cooper Family from Sheppey.
As 1st time blog readers, we were thrilled to learn that your bowel movements, your ability to frighten innocent 5 year olds and your unashamed addiction to oxygen was there in black and white for all the world to read about. And, I might add, its people like you that put us hairdressers on the dole queue. Cant wait for your next installment.
Hope the ribs are mending, lots of love to you both xxxxxxx

Hi Vic,
Simon told me about the blog - excellent!

'Never in the field of human conflict have so many been interested in the bowel movements of so few'

Duncan Reed, Hoxne

or is it 'poetry in motion'?

Anyway, good luck & all the best

Yo Vic you mad bugger, good to hear your voice the other day, stay positive mate.
Things at the factory aren't the same without you being there, orders are correct and on time, coffins aren't damaged and the staff are happy, seriously though fight this bloody thing, heal those ribs, so that we can get out and knock a few clays out of the sky.

What a brilliant blogger you are!! I bet you didn't know so many people were interested in your inner workings!! Now at least nobody can say you are full of s**t!!
Glad you're home - keep fighting I've found a LOVELY beachfront house to rent when you're better. Think of all the lovely things you need to get better for - not least of them my lovely sister.

Attitude
There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and noticed she had only three hairs on her head.
Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today?" So she did and she had a wonderful day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head.
"H-M-M," she said,
"I think I'll part my hair down the middle today?" So she did and she had a grand day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head. "Well," she said,
"today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail." So she did and she had a fun, fun day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head.
"YEA!" she exclaimed,
"I don't have to fix my hair today!"
Attitude is everything.

Be kinder than necessary,
for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Live simply,
Love generously,
Care deeply,
Speak kindly.......

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
It's about learning to dance in the rain.
